You realize that not everyone that may be invited to participate on the work group fully comprehends the differences between general management activities and strategic management. You want to make sure that participants understand that they will be focused strategically as they make recommendations for consolidating the sites under one system.
Write a 1 page paper where you will evaluate management principles by comparing and contrasting them to strategic management, so the workgroup participants can be focused on higher level goals for the organization. Your paper should be based in the context of the project scenario, but feel free to make assumptions if needed to help you develop your examples.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
