In this assignment, you will write a 2-3 page paper describing an event you experienced involving time management, delegation, prioritization, leadership or management style, or conflict management that had an impact on patient care. This would be an incident in which the actions or events were inappropriate or ineffective.
You are to consider ways in which the problem could be resolved. Please relate this incident to the issues discussed in The Speed of Trust.
Include the following:
1. A description of the incident.
2. Possible resolutions (at least 3) and the pros and cons of each.
3. Supporting evidence for the resolution chosen, citing 2 sources
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
