Problem
1) Using the Web or other resources, write a brief paper about RSA, its history, its methodology, and where it is used. (300 words minimum)
2) Send a brief message (ten words minimum) using the Caesar Cypher.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
