This DB has three parts:
1. Identify the classes of employees protected by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
2. Why was Affirmative Action put into place?
3. Do you think Title VII and Affirmative Action are still necessary? Why or Why Not?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
