Author Seven Birkerts was unpersuaded about the hypertext, he argued that "words are not words" when they are on screen, there are differences. He believed that we need to concern about this topic of hypertext Vs traditional text beacuse the transformation of the media of communication maps a larger transformation of consciousness, it changes our experience and our ways of offering response.
