1. The Agile Manifesto value "Customer Collaboration Over Contract Negotiation". Explain how this is in contrast to a waterfall methodology and life cycle and the concept of establishing a fixed scope at the start of a project.

If delivering value more often is such a good thing, then explain why a Scrum project manager would choose anything but the shortest sprint duration? For example, is a 1 week sprint always a better idea than a 3 week sprint? Explain your answer.
4. Reflect on what you have learned about Getting Thing Done (GTD) and the Scrum methodology. Describe three overlapping concepts or practices that relate or link these two approaches to managing projects.
5. How does the Scrum I Agile development life cycle emphasize this Agile Manifesto value: Working software is the primary measure of progress.
