Which shaft will fail first if diameter is given

Two steel shafts are made of cold-drawn steels having ultimate tensile strengths of 185 kpsi and 240 kpsi, respectively. The first shaft is solid with a diameter of 3 in. and is subjected to a rotating-bending load of 12000 ft-lb. The second shaft is hollow with an outside diameter of 3 in. and thickness of 0.5 in. and is subjected to a reversed-bending load of 11000 ft-lb. Which shaft will fail first?
