Imagine you are Harry Truman and you must make the decision whether or not to drop the bomb. In a statement to the American People (and the world), explain the decision you made and why it is the right one. Here are a few questions to consider in your response.
Will it end the war or can we end the war another way? Is it humane? It is for the greater good? Anything to do with the future of International Politics and Power? What will be the farther reaching consequences of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in both political and social history?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
