• Reflect on the past experiences, which required you to make an important decision. What were the skills that you utilized to solve the problem? Was the model for decision-making similar to the one in the course?
• ED revenues are affected by many variables such as, patients without medical insurance coverage. Revenues are also impacted by the monies, which should be paid to the staff that work and perform services for the ED. How might it affect the ED, if the doctors are not salaried, such as the lab staff, but are a contracted group? Explain the advantages and disadvantages.
