INSTRUCTIONS
Overview
- Your project assignment (25% of your total course grade) is worth 100 points,
- It focuses on researching and presenting information on a Landmark Court Case that protected Texans' rights for equality and privacy
- Refer to; specifically (Texas Culture and Diversity) pages 14-22 and TABLE - Key U.S. Supreme Court Decisions Protecting Texans' Rights to Equality and Privacy, as well as the associated course PowerPoint.
- ONLY a Power Point (PP) presentation will be accepted (PPT or PPTX files)
- A minimum of 12 PP slides and no more than 20 PP slides (using under and over the slide requirement will result in point deductions)
- The inclusion of Pictures, Maps, Charts, Graphs, Videos, and Animated slides (the variety and complexity of these) will increase points awarded, and the lack of them will reduce points awarded.
- You should conduct research using your book and the World-wide Web as well as other resources you may locate. However, your presentation SHOULD NOT just be a direct copy of information published on the web and particularly without citing your source (THAT WILL BE PLAGIARISM).

- Submit a PowerPoint presentation (with a minimum of 12 slides and a maximum of 20 slides).
- One (1) slide must reflect the sources for your research (you will lose significant points if this slide is not included and detailed)
- Your PP presentation should reflect creativity and innovation. Additional relevant components will yield even higher scores.
