Establishing credibility is the nonverbal communication where your team see you in action and how you treat the patient. You are showing them the correct way to act. Managing conflict is highly important because there are challenges one will have to address and you must be able to dispute the problem and come up with a resolution. Interpersonal skill is very important working in this field one need to be able to be direct and at the time be able to communicate effectively and clearly through emails and face to face.

What internal and external relationships must be considered?

For internal relationships it would be basically in house. Like everyone working within the office. Manager to employee, employee to management and maybe employee to employee. External would be everyone outside of the office. Patients, their families, and other organizations outside of their organization.
