Assignment
For the third assignment, you will use the provided template to complete the next three boxes or the After phase of the 1-Page Marketing Plan, addressing what happens once your prospects have been converted to customers. Again, you will then list your Top 5 Action steps to move your plan forward. After that, you will submit the entire marketing plan along with a 3-5 minute video. In the video, you will discuss your marketing plan and the activities associated with it. See the sample 1-page marketing plans to provide examples of the type of information that you can put into this third section.
In the first box, you will address how you'll Deliver a World Class Experience. In this area, you will simply outline the methods you will use to deliver an amazing experience to your customers (building community, presentation, service, etc.).
In the second box, you will address how you will Increase Customer Lifetime Value. What plans will you utilize to retain your customers and make them purchase more?
In the third box, you will address how you will Orchestrate and Stimulate Referrals. What methods will you utilize to get more referrals for your business (through your current customers or strategic partnerships).
Then, you will list the Top Five Action Steps. Here you will simply list your top 5 steps for delivering a world class experience, increasing customer lifetime value and stimulating referrals. What actions will you take to make these things happen and to put your plan into motion?

Lastly, you will combine all 9 boxes in the provide template and submit your entire 1-Page Marketing Plan along with a 3-minute video explaining the plan and your marketing strategy moving forward.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
