Assignment: Annotated Bibliography
You will write your annotated bibliography on Human Services Workers' Role in Youth Sex Trafficking. Make sure you read the assignment in its entirety and the attachments that I have completed as well. It has information on what is expected and the sources you can use. Make sure you use the form in the attachments to complete this assignment. Only the Annotated Biography is due at this time. The Annotated Bibliography is to be completed on the form that I attached. The purpose of this assignment is to critically analyze each of your selected sources for your Research Paper and write a narrative response to them. All I am requesting this time is the Annotated Bibliography.
Identify 6 peer-reviewed articles from an online database (provided by Stafford Library) that you intend to cite in your Research Paper. Outside sources cannot be considered (such as websites, articles, or anything aside from primary sources).
o No foreign journals will be accepted without specific prior approval from the instructor. Their inclusion will require justification.
Annotated Bibliography Grid
The annotation should do three things: Summarize the article, point out what is important about it, and provide criticisms or point out shortcomings. It should include the following specific elements:
1. APA Reference Citation (this will save you a lot of time when you are completing your final literature review)
2. What is the article about?
3. What is the given information about the sample and population for the study?
4. Why was this research performed?
5. What were the findings?
6. What are the strengths of the article? (include strengths based on type of research performed)
7. What are the weaknesses? (include weaknesses based on type of research performed)
8. What are the implications for practice within your respective field or area of interest?
9. Themes
10. Key words.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
