An initial working title should be provided and should describe the content and direction of your project.
For each group the research direction is the same, but the initial working title could be slightly different for each individual. For example:
o Group I: Identify the differentially expressed genes under salt condition
o Group II: Discovery of chickpea specific salt tolerant genes from RNA-seq

Summary of relevant literature. What has been done in this area?
- What is known?
o Introduction of chickpea, its genome, and transcriptome,
o What is known in the project you plan to work on?
- What are some important unknowns?
Aims & Expected Outcomes
What do you want to know? How do you achieve your goals?
List your project aims at different stages. For example:
- Read quality check ,
- alignment/assembly
Methodology
What is the general purpose of each process and which computational method/software will you use to achieve it?
Is the proposal clearly presented and logically structured? Is the writing grammatically correct, free of typographical errors, and easy to read?
