The education you're getting at Midwestern State University is an example of a service. The following questions are about the service you're experiencing here as an MSU student.
1. How would you categorize the service MSU provides? Choose one from below, and explain why you think that is the appropriate category.
• People processing
• Possession processing
• Mental stimulus processing
• Information processing
2. What search, experience, and credence attributes are associated with the service that MSU provides?Name at least two of each type of attribute and explain why they fit with that type of attribute.
3. What is the core product that MSU provides? What are some of the supplementary services? Come up with at least 8. Be sure to indicate which are facilitating and which are enhancing elements. In other words, describe the flower of service associated with MSU as a service provider.
