What is the angle between the initial polarization direction

Two polarizers are oriented at 46 degrees to each other and a polarized light is incident on them. If only 12 percent of the light gets through both of them, what is the angle between the initial polarization direction of the incident light and the first polarizer? The Answer is in degrees. I found the answer to be 60 degrees but I need to confirm it and I need the actual steps of solving the question.
