Q: Margaret has officially accepted a co-op with XYZ company and has established her start date as January 2^nd. She informed her co-op advisor and completed the necessary paperwork. However in the next week the ABC company called to request an interview. Margaret went to the interview, was offered the position by the ABC company and accepted. On Jan. 2^nd an XYZ company representative called to ask where Margaret was, since she did not show up for work as prearranged.
