PPT Assignment: Research Proposal
Students will pick a research topic of your own and write an abbreviated version of a one page research proposal. Each student will submit a one page proposal (Word document only) and PowerPoint presentation with audio embedded.
Similar to the first short paper, you should focus on the following:
• What is the issue/topic?
• Why is it important? Who cares?
• What do we already know about the issue?
• What will your proposed research add to the existing knowledge on the topic? How will you do it?
• Who will benefit from your findings and how?
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
• The answer must be using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, typed, with one-inch margins on all sides.
• The response also includes a cover page containing the student's name, the title of the assignment, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
• Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
