Do you know a leader in your neighbourhood that deserves to be internationally known (at least in our small community)?
Tell us more about him/her. Characterize him/her and his/her vision; explain under what conditions he/she came into the position, whether he/she is likely to keep it for long and what change of situation could undermine it. If the leader is misusing his/her leadership abilities and skills, explain why you see it as a negative leadership.
