Describe an example of a customer facing decision. Briefly describe the issue and explain the decision making process you would use to resolve the issue. Also, can you give a recommendation for a customer-facing software sold for the purpose of customer relationship management? Current Event: Discuss a corporate threat that has recently been in the news
