Research and describe 1 long-term care and 1 short-term care facility. Consider credentialing, marketing, ethical, and corporate structure concerns. Create a PowerPoint presentation of 15-20 slides on the strengths and weaknesses of the 2 options.
Your presentation should demonstrate the following:
• What are the differences in long- and short-term care facilities?
• How are they financed?
• What are the administrative concerns that you would have as a manager of each of these?
• What recommendations would you make to help the executive team in its decision-making process?
