Selling focuses upon the requirements of the seller, while marketing focuses onto the needs of the buyers. It is preoccupied along with the seller’s require to convert his goods in cash, while marketing lays emphasis onto satisfying the requirements of the customers through the product he wants. Marketing tries to identify and understand the customer, and also the product or service which fits him and sells itself. In fact Marketing is another name for selling along with the inference that this is a long-haired process. Marketing is a more costly way of selling.
