3. How was the emergency managed? Was the emergency managed timely and effectively to prevent further damage?
4. Do you agree or disagree with the management plan? If not, what would you have done differently? Be specific as to why you agree or disagree with the management plan. Use specific examples of things that you would do differently and why.
5. Can anything be done to avoid this type of emergency in the future? Why or why not?
6. What are some other potential biological attacks that could be made? How can agencies work together to avoid biological attacks?
