Using the evidence developed during the seminars, evaluate your entrepreneurial skills. You should clearly link the relevant skills to the theory base and identify a plan to gain or develop those which you feel are missing.
For this section you should include a range of evidence such as your Get2 test and seminar activity; the flying team, Me Plc and Pop up Business, which should be used as the evidence which you present as the basis of your 750 word evaluation of your skills. You must include a skills development plan which will show how you intend to develop your portfolio of skills in the future.
Marks will be awarded for;
a) Having a clear base of evidence to evaluate your skills - seminar activity and self-evaluation forms
b) An evaluation of your skills and logical plan to identify the skills gaps you currently have.
c) A logical identification of the skills gaps you have identified which need to be developed which should include an evaluation of why you feel they are important.
