For those of you who did not participate in the class discussion in segments 2 or 3, the class participation question for credit for skit 2 is:
The ethical question in "Hang Ten" was whether Luke should disclose to Don what Marcie had told him in response to Don's question: "Anything I ought to know about" your conversation with Marcie?" Please apply one of the four ethical theories we discussed in class to explain how Luke should decide how to respond and tell me what you believe Luke's response should be to Don. Your bottom line is far less important to me than demonstrating a solid understanding of the theory you apply to reach it.

Using either Nozick's rights theory or Carson's four moral minimums of ethical salesmanship, how do you believe Tan should respond to Julie's sales methods? Why do you believe that is how Tan should respond?
