Using both Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flow data on CapitalIQ and/or the Statement of Shareholders’ Equity on 10-K’s and 10-Q’s, find the following for your company over the most recent 10 years (2007-2016 or 2008-2017, if concluded), on a quarterly basis:

1) The number of shares outstanding. Has this number increased or decreased due to issuing new shares or from repurchasing shares (or some combination of both)?

2) Retained earnings. Do changes reflect the difference between net income and dividends? ? Beginning + retained earnings – out. Which will be ending retained balance

3) Cash dividends (if any). Were these initiated during the period? Changed? If you don’t have cash dividends, say you don’t have cash dividends.

4) Stock dividends (if any)

5) Stock splits (if any)

a. How has the company’s stock price performed since this (these) split(s)?
