Using A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge(text) as your resource, your Project Plan should include the following major topics-
- Project charter
- Scope statement
- Work breakdown structure (WBS)
- Schedule
- Cost estimates
- Project baseline
- Key or required staff
- Open issues and pending decisions
- Quality management summary and plan
- Other information needed for this project
Revise all components of your project plan based on the feedback you have received from your professor throughout the course. Add a summary of the changes you have made based on feedback to the end of your plan, and explain why some suggested changes were not made, if applicable.
I will provide the changes to you as I receive them from the teacher for the final project.
