1. The importance of behavior control in your restaurant organization. For example, how much of you and your managers' time is spent
directly supervising employees?
2. How formalized is the organization? How does change occur, who can submit a change, how are operational and administrative
changes formalized?
3. Do employees receive a book of rules to instruct them about how to perform their jobs? Explain.
4. Discuss why you and your managers should always try to use positive reinforcement instead of negative reinforcement.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as "speaker notes" for each slide. The speaker notes may be
comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Support your presentation with at least one (1) scholarly resource. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly
