Stress Management Programs
My supervisor has asked me to research stress management programs for our employees that our company can implement. An example would be the EAP (employee assistance program). Are there other programs that are free that employees can call to seek help?
Looking for certain places where an employee can call/seek help from a counselor who is trained in mental problems/stress related problems.
