Your choice must reflect predictions for priorities and concerns in your company's Strategic HRM Plan.
Create a 1,050- to 1,400-word detailed analysis in a Microsoft® Word document, written in the third person voice, explaining how these issues and considerations affect your company and the strategic plans.
Create a chart with descriptions of chart contents, or a detailed, bulleted outline of your recommendations for actions for five years and the company's capabilities.
Include organizational limitations and how those will be addressed. This chart or outline should include justification for each recommendation for forecasting needs and strategic steps provided each year.
You must Format the Strategic HRM Plan consistent with APA guidelines.
You must Use at least five in-text citation sources within the plan. The sources must be identified in your APA correctly-formatted References page.
