2) Explain the situation and why it is an ethical problem.
3) Propose a workable solution to the problem and why you believe this solution will work.
4) Propose a course of action to implement the solution you recommend.
5) Include any citations or references used to support your memo following the guidelines in the West Writing Style Handbook
6) Include a paragraph on a new page in the same Word document where you reflect on and summarize what you learned this week and in the course.
The required length is 1000 words.
