Question 3: List out the tasks related with the implementation of an in-house training program for a set of factory laborers. Make a lesson plan for training such laborers in basic computer operations. What attributes do you think a trainer must have for development and implementation of this training program?

Question 4: What are the various roles of a trainer? List out the attributes of a good trainer? Explain the changing roles and functions of trainers in globalised environments. Propose methods by which trainer’s competencies can be improved.
