HR professionals responsible for hiring new employees have a number of employee selection strategies at their disposal. Choosing between selection strategies and making effective selection decisions are responsibilities that HR professionals must fully grasp in order to ensure a staff of employees that will contribute and grow in their jobs and remain motivated and engaged.
