Discuss the following:
Review and assess the interview questions used by the Southwood School District. Develop a report in which you present your assessment.
First, look at each of the questions asked and assess/evaluate or determine which ones are important and which ones are not. Explain which ones should remain and which ones should be eliminated and why. Use references to support your assessment.
Second, as part of this report, develop five additional questions that you believe must be asked by the principal and HR manager when selecting a new employee.
