You're a member of the security team at GTI (the company in our biotech scenario). You have been tasked to completely revamp the security awareness and training program for the company.
Outline your program. Include information on WHO your audiences area, how you would meet their particular needs, what tools or methods you would use and how you would measure and document your program. You should also mention how often training will occur, what formats you'll use and where you will find good and relevant content for your materials.
