PROBLEM:
Research how people react to change, both positive and negative. No personal change stories, only organizational change, include stories of employees going through lay-offs, if any. There has to be an interview conversation included from two people who have experienced substantial change in their lives. Be sure to cite your sources using APA guidelines.
