Question about Organizational effectiveness
Juicy Red Tomato Company has hired me as an HR consultant; (JRT) operates in Florida and I am to investigate (1) the effectiveness and efficiency of its organizational structure and (2) the selection and maintenance of managerial personnel. The reason is because internal costs are rising, key personel are leaving and the company is considering expanding. My predecessor had started to develop a propsal, but left and I am to add what is needed to complete the intial stage of problem definition.
