For this diagram, you need to find your own quality problem. This can be either a problem at work or one in your personal life. For example, you might be dissatisfied with how your lawn mower is cutting your grass. You can do a C-E diagram to brainstorm the possible causes of the effect "poor grass cutting". (Maybe it's not your lawn mower!!) You can pretty easily create this diagram using Word and lines and text boxes. You can download this template in Word to help you get started.
Problem: Create the diagram as indicated above.
Expectations: Create a diagram and write an at least two page Solution discussing the diagram and what you would do with the information that you generated. Explain what the diagram tells you and what might be your next steps.
