a) As a project manager, you have been assigned to design a questionnaire based survey for a particular project.
(i) Citing any one example, explain in detail how you would plan for the survey and elaborate on factors you would consider in designing the questionnaire.
(ii) Provide a well defined title and list objectives of the survey.
(iii) List at least five scientific questions with possible answers you would use in the questionnaire to answer these objectives.
