Q. Describe types of complements?
There are two kinds of complements for a number of base (also known as radix) r. These are known as r's complement and (r- 1)'s complement. For illustration, for decimal numbers base is 10 hence complements would be 10's complement and (10-1) =9's complement. For binary numbers we concern 2's and 1's complements. However how to get complements and what do these complements means?
