Discussion: Emotional Intelligence
Use the following three areas of emotional intelligence (EI): perceive emotions in him or herself and others, understand the meaning of these emotions and regulate his or her own emotions according to rate yourself on your ability to successfully interact with others. Choose your weakest area and provide three suggestions for improving that dimension of EI in a 1 to 2 pages.
