Focus on important role of performance measurement in ERM. You will examine ERM implementations at Intuit and City of Edmonton.
Read the following chapters from your textbook
• Chapter 12- Measuring Performance at Intuit: A Value-Added Component in ERM Programs
• Chapter 15 - Embedding ERM into Strategic Planning at the City of Edmonton".
What is the difference between quantitative and qualitative approaches in ERM? Provide specific examples of reporting methods that can be used in both approaches. Is one approach better than the other? Explain. Your response should be minimally two pages double space (Times Roman, font size 12). There should be minimally 3 references from credible sources in APA format. The bibliography should be included as a separate page and is not part of the 2 page requirement.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
