Students Will work in pairs for this first part of the assessment; pairings will be assigned by the Learning Facilitator. Working In pairs students will coach each other in leadership skills and influences and will provide each other effective feedback for learning and development. In Providing feedback students should consider cultural understanding and social practices; other parameters will be pre-Defined by the Learning Facilitator. Each Student will provide a peer with information on the organisation, role description, key organisational stakeholders, etc In order to frame the peer coaching and feedback exercise.
