- Propose a social policy or social service program that you believe would correct the problem: State the policy or program's: a) objective(s) and geographical focus (catchment area) b) services or activities that would achieve the objective(s) c) the theoretical rationale for the services or activities

a) how much would it cost to implement (complete the line-item budget template on MOODLE) and b) indicate how you plan to finance it
- Design a plan for evaluating the policy or program's effectiveness
To do this, include the following:
- Propose a social policy or social service program that you believe would correct the problem

- Describe the policy or program's objectives OR provide a mission statement that includes these
- Describe the population and geographic area that will be served by this policy or program
- Describe the services or activities that would achieve the objective
- Name the underlying theory of your policy or program
- Describe how the theory drives the policy or program
- Discuss the theoretical rationale for the services or activities
- Explain how the policy or program is to be implemented
- Describe how you plan to finance it
- Describe three different methods of evaluating the program
