I would like to have in-depth study of a power line communications. It is strongly recommended that making it narrower and deeper rather than broader and shallower. Try to be more quantitative and analytical rather than qualitative and descriptive.
It is 3 pages (double-column, by following the standard IEEE journal paper format).
A comprehensive project report includes:
1) introduction to the topic.
2) survey of what
has been done on the topic (we expect citations to relevant journal and conference papers),
and
3) implementation in Matlab, C++, or any other simulation tool of your choice.
