Optical system to magnify the image

The size of a pixel on an electron-multipler CCD camera is 0.17 micrometers. We want to find the position of quantum dots, which have a 5 nm diameter, using a 60x 1.4 NA objective. We can more accurately find the center of the dot if its image spans several pixels. Over how many pixels will a green (500 nm) quantum dot appear on the camera? If we want the image of a quantum dot to take up about 3x3 pixels, we can build an optical system to magnify the image. What magnification should it have?
