Most appropriate hypothesis test

McNeese and Klein (1991) looked at the average particle size. Specifications give the standard deviation of 2 microns. A sample of 25 particles in microns is given here

103.8, 95.3, 96.7, 96.8, 102.3, 93.8, 99.6, 96.9, 105.8, 92.1, 101.5, 100.6, 101.6, 102.8, 97.8, 104.7, 102.7, 94.9, 100.9, 100.5, 102.7, 103.2, 97.5, 98.3, 94.9

Conduct the most appropriate hypothesis test to test the accuracy to specification of production using 5% significance level.

Construct a 95% confidence variance interval and standard deviation interval. Interpret each interval.
