Making an HR Management Guide Sheet
Prepare a plan to manage change in your organization, and in your HRM department, specifically. You want to introduce a department-wide change management philosophy plus a change management plan using your HRM department as a model throughout. This guide sheet that you will write will be used as a handout at your next management training session. Your organization's managers will be asked to follow these guidelines whenever they implement changes affecting their employees. Incorporate the HRM departmental changes as examples in the handout.
