According to your textbook Nelson and Quick, (2015) Results Only Work Environment (ROWE) allows employees to work completely flexible schedules based on their ability to meet measurable goals. Employees are allowed to come and go as they please. Briefly describe one (1) company in which you are familiar with and explain in detail whether or not ROWE would work at this company.
