Faculty will assign each team a position on the argument: "Leaders are Born, or Leaders are Made."
1. Chose the position "Leaders are Born"
2. Create a 12 to 16-slide presentation taking the position assigned by faculty that leaders are born or leaders are made. The team will debate their position with other teams via posting in the classroom.
3. Defend the team's position on whether leaders are born or made.
4. Justify the team's position using relevant research.
5. Apply leadership theory to the team's position.
